Fix or Free Guarantee

We are confident in our service. We offer a full refund if we cannot solve your computer needs. If we complete a repair on your computer and you find that the issue was not fixed, we will attempt to fix the issue until it is repaired. If we determine that we cannot fix the issue in a reasonable amount of time (30 days), we will issue a full refund for all labor charges paid.

Exceptions: This guarantee is good for 30 days from the date of completion. This guarantee excludes issues not related to the original repair. It also excludes virus related issues as re-infection is often due to user error. We cannot accept responsibility for the irresponsible use of a computer.
